The Heliocol "individual riser", or "split-tube", design enabled Environmental Solar and Brandow Johnson
Structural Engineers to design a "roof-sensitive" mounting system that firmly secured the 150 panel
system to the gymnasium's  structural steel beams buried under 6" of insulation.  A new 15-year
roof was installed by Commercial Roofing of Arcadia to complement the 12-year Heliocol parts and
labor panel warranty.  In the words of one high-ranking Burbank official, "We did it right."
