Commercial flat roof applications

On the commercial level, the "Dino" line of heavy duty steel
mounts and panel racking systems used on most flat roof hot water or electric
installations has been doing the job for over two decades.

Key to the popularity and long-term success of this design has been
the ability of roofers to install a new roof around existing solar
panels without having to remove them - thereby saving property owners
thousands of dollars.

We work with dozens of roofers in Southern California providing design,
materials and services on solar systems that they find "getting in
the way of installing a new roof". These roof mounting
systems usually involve the setting of "footers" and "flashings" to create
a solar racking system that truly becomes an integral part of the new roof
